AM NV and Royal Ahold NV have agreed to sell the Olympia shopping centre in Plzen, Czech Republic to ING Property Fund Central Europe, the ING Group NV unit said.
No financial details were disclosed.
The Olympia shopping centre has a gross floor area of around 35,000 m² and opened in late April, and tenants include Ahold´s Hypernova supermarket and Hennes & Mauritz. The project was jointly developed by AM and Ahold.
