Acquisition by Prologis of an industrial portfolio for which we were given joint agency instructions together with Atis Real Auguste-Thouard on behalf of Malvern.
The portfolio included four new logistical platform facilities located in Mitry-Compans and Plessis-Pâté, totalling 96, 340 m² warehousing and accompanying office accomodation. The properties are fully let to Norauto, Daher, Easydis, Hays Logistic, etc. Acquisition price : € 60 millions.
