Accor has finalized a franchise agreement with CG Resort for the 5-star Pullman Kolasin Breza in Montenegro. This hotel inspired by the mountain resort is set to open its doors by the end of this year and marks a significant milestone for Accor's expansion in the Balkans.

The 5-star hotel Pullman Kolasin Breza boasts 144 rooms and 17 apartments, each featuring a private balcony for morning mountain views, mid-afternoon sunbathing, and evening stargazing. The resort's design draws inspiration from Montenegro's majestic mountainous landscape, harmoniously blending modern elements with rustic charm. Guests will surely appreciate the striking façades of the hotel, mirroring the surrounding peaks, and its high-quality furnishings. The property showcases outstanding facilities such as two restaurants with a terrace, a lobby bar, a spa and wellness area, an indoor swimming pool, meeting rooms, kids and teen club, a ski room, and an underground car park. Pullman Kolašin Breza will be operated by Alpha Hotel Management, an experienced local hospitality manager involved in many notable projects, including a future Swissôtel mountain resort in Kopaonik, Serbia.
