Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets reports today that ABN Amro Holding increased its stake in Amstelland MDC NV to 17.54% as per August 19, 2002.
Other major stake holders reported are as per August 19, 2002:
1. A.D.J.G. van Dam with a stake of 13% in Amstelland MDC NV.
2. J.F.J. van Veggel with a stake of 13% in Amstelland MDC NV.
