AEW and Akron have awarded the asset management of the Rembrandt portfolios in the Netherlands to Horizon Investment Management.

The portfolios include 19 office, industrial and retail assets totalling 148,000 m² with a target annual revenue of 18.5 million and will be managed by Horizon's local team based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
The major assets in the portfolios include - a 23,000-m² office building in Rijswijk located next to the 'In de Bogarard' shopping center; a 10,000-m² office building at Sloterdijk, adjacent to the railway station; a 27,000-m² logistics center at Schiphol Airport and a 25,000-m² hotel, office and retail center at Nieuwegein, south of Utrecht.
