IVG Immobilien AG has let 10,600 m² in IVG Businesspark to MTU CFC Solutions GmbH longterm. The joint venture will produce fuelcells.
The let agreement for the 2,000 m² office space and 5,400 m² production- and warehousing space will take effect in july 2004. MTU will let the remaining 3,200 m² production space as of january 2006. The rent for the offices is approximately €10/m², for the production space € 6/m².
