WS Vastgoed Westersuyker: first half profit of € 3.52 mln

Real estate investment fund WS Vastgoed Westersuyker achieved a profit of € 3.52 mln during the first six months of 2002. This represents an increase of 15.4% compared to the same period last year.

This increase in direct investment result was mainly caused by new acquisitions and increased rental revenues. Rental revenues increased by 14.9% to € 9.65 mln (2001: € 8.40). Profit per share increased by 15.4% to € 1.65 (2001: € 1.43).

The intrinsic value per share increased with € 1.65 to € 35.31 as per the end of June. On an annual basis this represents an increase of over 10%.
