Munchener Hypothekenbank eG (MunchenerHyp) provides a facility of €110m to Tristan Capital Partners to refinance the Quincy in Cologne. The asset offers office and retail space as well as residential apartments spread over 41,600m² of lettable area, well located in Cologne’s city center.
Tristan Capital Partners acquired the Quincy via its EPISO 4 fund, accompanied by their local partner Concepta Projektentwicklung. Since acquisition the asset has been awarded BREEAM Very Good whilst the retail areas have been repositioned to best cater to the needs of the surrounding neighbourhood.
