Savills have brought to the market a rare opportunity to acquire a portfolio of high-profile restaurant units across Northern Ireland, by way of assignment.
‘Project Tail’, comprises five restaurants located at high-profile retail parks and shopping centres in Belfast, Ballymena, Bangor, Coleraine and Londonderry. Four of the units are currently occupied by the ‘New York Italian’ chain, Frankie & Benny’s, and a fifth, occupied by the ‘Tex-Mex’ eatery, Chiquito.
Savills is handling the disposals of the leases on behalf of The Restaurant Group Plc (TRG), who operate over 500 restaurants and pubs in the UK’s casual dining sector. The firm’s other brands include Coast to Coast, Garfunkel’s, Brunning & Price and Joe's Kitchen.
