Rodamco North America NV announces that it has deferred its scheduled Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (Â'EGMÂ') of the Company on 26 February 2002. At a hearing of the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal on Friday the Court ruled from the bench that a vote could not be taken at TuesdayÂ's meeting. A further court hearing will take place on March 21 and RNA plans to hold the rescheduled EGM as soon as practicable.
