Pirelli & C Real Estate SpA said that Deutsche Bank has sold to European institutional investors stakes in its Clarice fund, which specialises in light industrial property.
The fund will own 70 properties with a market value of €221.2 mln, or 90 mln net of debt, it added in a statement.
Pirelli RE said that with this placement the market value of its assets under management grows to 2.8 bln eur.
