Niam has signed to acquire seven office and retail properties in Denmark from Finansiel Stabilitet, the Danish Government, for approximately €112 million. The properties comprise approximately 58,000 m² and are located in Copenhagen, Slagelse and Roskilde. The transaction marks Niam’s entry into commercial real estate in Denmark.
