JM AB is building a new office block in Frösunda Park. Construction is scheduled to start in April. The offices, totalling 10,000 m², are expected to be ready for occupation in December 2006. The estimated project cost is approximately SEK 300 million (approx. â¬34m).
The project is part of the development of Frösunda Park where JM is also building 750 new residential units.
Frösunda in Solna has become a popular residential area and an attractive workplace, due among other things to the successful combination with parallel construction of offices and homes with excellent local services. The new offices meet JM´s high requirements on design, quality and environment. The new premises will be space-efficient regardless of whether tenants choose open plan or individual rooms and all workplaces will have natural light.
