Maeyveld BV is the new name that has been active in real estate land since last thursday. A new name, but no stranger. The new real estate company stems from IMCA Vastgoed. Maeyveld is being led by Ton van Oosten, Koert-Hans Smit, Jan Heeremans en Robbert Geel.
Shares are in the hands of above-mentioned management and Flatbeheer Vastgoed Zoetermeer BV. Bouwfonds Property Finance acted as 'lead arranger' and brought the parties together in the course of this year.
Maeyveld focuses especially on inner-city (re-)development. Examples of this are New Babylon in The Hague and the Conservatory in the Van Baerlestraat in Amsterdam.
Maeyveld belongs to one of the largest particular real estate companies in the Netherlands. The management has made it its mission to be the most creative initiator and co-creator conceptually, for businesslike and qualitative succes.
General Director Ton van Oosten: 'Maeyveld is a young, dynamic company, that finds its origin in the spirit to view everything from human perspective.
