Haslemere NV announced on Friday that it has sold its Heathrow Industrial Estate, located on the Eastern perimeter of Heathrow Airport, to Brixton for a consideration of £46.5 million. The Initial yield is 5.6%.
The 300,000 sq ft estate comprises 15 units occupying 12.5 acres. Tenants on the estate include Wincanton, Menzies World Cargo and Expeditors. Current rental income for the estate totals £2.76m per annum.
Chris Bartram, Chief Executive of Haslemere, said:
'The disposal of this asset is an important step towards completing the sale programme we outlined earlier in the year. We continue to look for new investment opportunities, potential development projects and other new business.'
