Bouwfonds to take over German asset manager

Bouwfonds Asset Management has taken over the Management Company of Polis Grundbesitz und Beteiligung in Germany. Bouwfonds has also taken over the 25% interest which the private banker Delbrück & Co has in the Polis holding.

The German magazine Immobielienzeitung reported this. Bouwfonds has now directly set foot on German soil with regard to asset management. Polis will act under the name Bouwfonds Asset Management from now on.

Polis Grundbesitz und Beteiligung amongst others does the asset management for German institutional investors and sets up closed funds for private real estate investors. The portfolio contains several office buildings in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Berlin and Frankfurt am Main.
