Atisreal, the commercial real estate services subsidiary of BNP Paribas Real Estate, has opened its first office in the USA to develop relationships with US-based corporate clients of BNP Paribas.
The new company, officially known as Atisreal USA, Inc, is located in New York, at BNP Paribasâ North American headquarters. The companyâs President is Giles Wrench, who combines this role with his responsibilities for coordinating Atisrealâs international corporate services teams.
Atisreal has been able to assist clients in the US market for the past four years thanks to its alliance agreement with CRESA Partners, which today covers 47 cities throughout North America. The flow of transatlantic business between Atisreal and CRESA partners accounts for over 90 transactions per year.
Atisrealâs new office will not affect the companyâs relationship with CRESA Partners, instead focusing on building Atisrealâs relationship with BNP Paribasâ corporate clients and continuing to manage the flow of business between CRESA Partners and Atisreal in Europe.
'Our purpose is clear: to fully integrate with BNP Paribas and leverage the bank´s relationships with American corporate clients,â says Wrench. âWe will be working closely with BNP Paribasâ bankers to provide presentations to key corporate clients throughout 2005.'
