Cenor Asset Management has acquired a portfolio of 18 objects (approx. 46,000 m² of retail space and 1,300 parking spaces) from the Swiss COOP group for the Aerium funds. An amount of approx. â¬200 million is involved in this transaction. Eurohypo is the financier of the project.
