Züblin has announced two appointments for local management in Germany and the Benelux. On 1st April 2007, Dr. Oliver Bäumler will start as CEO in Germany and Joost Bakker will start as Regional Asset Manager for the Benelux countries.
Dr. Oliver Bäumler has been appointed CEO in Germany and will begin on 1st April 2007. Dr. Bäumler has broad experience in the real estate market and after holding several positions in construction and development companies, he was Managing Director of IGEMET and ultimately, he was Managing Director of GGI and there responsible for the sale of an important real estate portfolio.
Based in Holland, Joost Bakker has been appointed Regional Asset Manager for Benelux and will start on 1st April 2007. He also has broad experience in the Dutch real estate market and his last position was Expansion Manager Europe of Fitness First Holdings Ltd. in Frankfurt.
