Niam has acquired a residential portfolio comprising 65,000 m² at a purchase price of approximately DKK 1.3 billion (approx. 175 million). The portfolio consists of 646 condominiums located in the greater Copenhagen area with the majority located on the attractive Copenhagen harbor front.
