Inter IKEA has acquired Catella Investments and its operations. The change in ownership is logical from a business perspective in view of the fact that Inter IKEA has provided the investment capital for the company over the years.
The acquisition includes the companies Catella Investments AB, Catella Healthcare Investments AB, Catella Retail Fund Management AB and the Dutch property fund company, Equity Estate B.V.
