At a dinner in The Park Lane Hotel, London on September 24, Multi Development Turkey were awarded Best Retail Development in Turkey for Forum Istanbul and Multi Development Germany was awarded Best Retail Development in Germany for Centrum Galerie Dresden that opened in September 2009 and had been previously awarded BREEAM 'Excellent' for sustainability.

The International Property Awards in association with BloombergTV is a prestigious Industry Awards body that boasts a panel comprising of prominent individuals in the retail sector across Europe. The results were announced at a dinner in London.
Collecting the awards were Mr. Joao Xavier, Managing Director Forum Istanbul with Yeliz Korukluoglu of Multi Development Turkey and Jorn Kreuzahler of Multi Development Germany.
The judging was carried out by the International Property Awards' panel of judges at the London offices of Bloomberg Television, entries were also outsourced to leading global experts in each field.
This year's judges included Ben Wood, Industry Head Property Markets of Google UK; Peter Bolton King, Group Chief Executive of the National Federation of Property Professionals; Christopher Hall, President Elect of FIABCI; Thijs Stoffer, International Consortium of Real Estate Agents Association (ICREA); Fiona Nixon, Chairman of the Australia Institute of Architects, Hendrik Nelde, President of FIABCI Belgium; Helen Shield, Editor-in-Chief of International Homes Luxury Collection magazine and Sven Johns, CEO of the German Real Estate Association.
