Logicenters expands its footprint in Sweden

Logicenters is to develop a 72,000m² logistics facility for Dahl Sverige in Balsta, just north of Stockholm, with the two parties having already signed a lease agreement. The property will become Dahl's new central warehouse and is scheduled for completion at the end of 2022. Logicenters has also acquired Dahl's current 45,000m² logistics facility located in Kallhall.

“We are delighted to have been entrusted with the development of Dahl's new logistics facility. We have worked with Dahl for many years and taking the collaboration to the next level feels completely natural. The fact that the new central warehouse is also one of the year's largest logistics deals in Sweden is of course also a great record. It is a joy to establish a base in a municipality such as Habo which really understands the value of modern logistics and I would like to thank the municipality for its excellent collaboration yet again”, said Matthias Kettelhoit, Head of Logicenters.

“We are extremely pleased to be working with Logicenters again. It is rewarding to work with a company which shares our view on the development of the logistics facilities of tomorrow and we look forward to moving into our new state-of-the-art central warehouse”, said Goran Dahlin, CEO of Dahl Sverige AB.

In line with Logicenters’ high sustainability goals, the new property in Balsta will have the environmental certification BREEAM Very Good. There will also be an option to install solar cells on the property's roof. The existing warehouse in Kallhall will undergo a sustainability inspection when Logicenters takes control.
