The property company Kungsleden AB (publ) sells 6 properties for a total of MSEK 88,7. The properties, situated in Uddevalla, Mariestad and Sävsjö, have a lettable area of 44,000 sq.m of which about 50% are vacant spaces. The purchasers are local real estate owners in respectively city.
The sales price exceeds the book value with MSEK 22,5 and the purchase value with MSEK 18,4. The later is included in the dividend based result for 2006.
