Jones Lang LaSalle chosen as exclusive agent for leasing of new office investment in Warsaw (PL)

Jones Lang LaSalle is proud to announce that Warimpex, the investor in the new office building on on Prozna Street has chosen the company as an exclusive agent for the commercialization process of the project.

Construction of the office center on Prozna 7 and 9 Street will start in October 2010.



Jerzy Krogulec, President of Warimpex Polska says: "We are very pleased that after years of preparation we can finally start with the revitalization of the historical tenement houses on Prozna 7 and 9 Street. The refurbished tenement houses will be a part of a wider concept of reconstruction process of the historical downtown area in the region of Grzybowski Square, which is presently being restored. Our ambition for with the project which construction will commence this autumn, is to be the first of many projects to be accomplished in this area by Warimpex."

It is worth mentioning that apart from the facade also parts of the interiors including elements like the mosaic or the mould carvings will be restored to their historical character. Furthermore the convenient location in the heart of the city with the view on the renewed Grzybowski Square will make the project one of the most prestigious in Warsaw. I am convinced that the new office center on Prozna will be of a big interest to potential clients."

The new office center will be developed in two adjacent tenement houses on 7 and 9 Prozna Street in Warsaw. The tenement houses will be restored under the supervision of a heritage manager and transformed into a prestigious office center. Construction will start in October 2010 and completion is planned for mid-2012. Warimpex has already obtained building permission.

The usable area of the new investment will be around 5,800 m². Offices will be available from 150 to 5,000 m² with the possibility of combining office space of both buildings on the same level. The ground floor and basement will be dedicated retail areas including shops, service units, restaurants and cafes. Car parking spaces will be provided underground.
