Interxion has signed for a long-term lease agreement regarding the Point of View Logistics property, located on Tupolevlaan 101-119 in Schiphol-Rijk in the greater Amsterdam area. The lease includes approximately 7,000 m² of logistics space, some 700 m² of office space and 33 parking spaces.
Interxion will be running a data center in the property. Besides the Point of View location, Interxion is already operating another data center on Cessnalaan, which is located in Schiphol-Rijk as well.
Interxion is operating 22 data centers in 11 European countries, by which it is one of the largest suppliers of digital data management and data security in Europe.
Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of the property owner, a UBS Global Asset Management fund, and DTZ Zadelhoff acted for the departing tenant (Telmar).
