Four Inditex brands have joined Plejada shopping center's tenant mix in Sosnowiec. An international commercial real estate advisory firm Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner of the center St Martins Property.

Zara, the largest new tenant, will take 1,929 m², Pull & Bear 630 m², Bershka 479 m² and Stradivarius 380 m². Inditex's four fashion brands will occupy a total of 3,418 m² of retail space in the scheme.
Plejada shopping center is located at 8b Staszica street in Sosnowiec. The total leasable area is over 20,000 m², with 120 stores, restaurants and a Carrefour hypermarket. The center opened its doors in November 2001.
"With these new additions Plejada shopping center will bring a great range of sought-after retail to Sosnowiec area. Inditex's four new brands are due to open in autumn 2012, upon completion of the redevelopment of the second phase of the center," said Tomasz Górski, Senior Negotiator at retail department of Cushman & Wakefield.
Cushman & Wakefield's Project Management department is responsible for coordinating the redevelopment, designing the common areas and supervising the construction works. In addition, C&W's Asset Management team has provided property management services for the center since October 2010.
