Deka Immobilien GmbH has sold the Myren 6 & 8 logistics property in Sweden for approximately 35 million at a profit.
The property is located in the town of Huddinge in the greater Stockholm area. It comprises two buildings with a total lettable floor space of around 15,000 m², entirely leased to the global postal services provider Posten Sverige AB.
Rockspring Property Investment Managers is acquiring the property. Deka Immobilien acquired the building in 2004 for one of its special property fund.
