Cushman & Wakefield has been selected by Union Investment to deal with the management of its assets. Under this new partnership, Cushman & Wakefield will manage the HQE office property, Kinetik, located in Boulogne Billancourt (Paris region).
With a dual certification, BBC and BREAM, Kinetik will meet the latest environmental standards. The property will provide nearly 15,828 m² of commercial space, including 14,370 m² of office space, 650 m² of retail space and 806 m² of restaurants, upon delivery in January 2014.
Stéphane Bureau, Managing Director of Property & Asset Management at Cushman & Wakefield and his team will provide technical, administrative and accounting management of this iconic building in the western Paris suburbs.
