By using the available knowledge and consolidating the resources of Colliers International, the new business unit is sure to become an efficient and reliable partner for retailers."

Maxim Gasiev, Managing Director, Colliers International, said: "As a market leader in retail property consulting, our company sees the demand from retailers for services such as support of their development in the capital and the regions, as well as consulting with regard to new retail operators entering the Russian market. Having traditionally represented landlords, we have a good understanding of the retail property market.

"Thanks to Vladimir Aleksandrovsky having an understanding of both the retail property market and the needs of retailers, we will be able to provide qualified support and consulting to retail operators. Moreover, by using the resources of the Industrial and Office Property Departments, we are able to offer retailers a comprehensive range of services, including not only search for and opening of stores, but also development and implementation of an integrated property strategy."
