Claudia Plath takes over responsibility for Finance division of ECE (DE)

As successor of Karsten Hinrichs, Claudia Plath will take over the responsibility for ECE's Finance division as Managing Director as of January 1, 2013. Thus, she will be responsible for Asset Management, Corporate Finance, Accounting & Controlling as well as Risk Management. She automatically becomes a member of the ECE Board.

After graduating in business administrations from the Technical University Berlin, she joined ECE in 1996. Since 2004 the 40-year old has been responsible as Director and Senior Director for ECE's Asset Management.

Karsten Hinrichs will leave ECE at his own request on December 31, 2012 after more than eight years as Managing Director. Alexander Otto, ECE CEO, gave his thanks to Hinrichs for his tireless commitment:

"Karsten Hinrichs performed outstanding services for ECE in particular with regard to the management of the Finance division and great placing successes and significantly contributed to the company's development. I regret his decision very much and wish him all the best and utmost success for his private and professional future!"
