Beni Stabili announces that, in execution of the preliminary agreement signed on 29 January of this year, it has completed the sale of a property belonging to the Imser 60 portfolio, located at Via Albaro 43 in Genoa, Italy. The sale price is 2.9 million compared with a market value at 31 December 2008 of 2.8 million.
Beni Stabili has also signed three preliminary agreements for the sale of further properties in the Imser 60 Srl portfolio, located in Cesena, Bologna and Milan, Italy.
The total sale price for the three properties is approximately 7.3 million, compared with a market value at 31 December 2008 of approximately 6.7 million.
The properties are leased in their entirety to Telecom Italia.
Closing is expected to take place by the end of the year.
