The opening of a 6-screen Multikino multiplex was the final stage completing the development of the Zielone Tarasy shopping center on ul. Teatralna in Elbląg. The 17,000 m² project was developed by the Włocławek-based company Budizol.
The shopping gallery opened for business in May this year and counts among its tenants Jysk, Tiffy and Top Secret. The Kaufland market was opened at the end of July. At the moment Zielone Tarasy is 100% leased.
Budizol has now developed several centres in Poland. Besides Zielone Tarasy, their portfolio includes City and Wiktoria in Włocławek, amongst others.
