Züblin changes group management structure (CH)

Züblin Immobilien Holding AG, the Swiss-based international property company, is expanding its group management.The current CEOs of the subsidiaries in France (Mr. Pierre Essig) and Germany (Dr. Oliver Bäumler) will become part of the group management team. Dr. Barbara Stuber (COO) will leave the company after having successfully contributed to the establishment of the new organisation. The position of COO will no longer exist.

Züblin's strategy of establishing national asset management organisations has been fully implemented in France and in Germany. The French company was listed on the Paris stock exchange one year ago, and has since been developing successfully. In Germany, Dr. Oliver Bäumler was appointed CEO on 1 April 2007.

The strengthening of the French and German subsidiaries has a direct impact on the management structure at the group level in Switzerland. Accordingly, Mr. Pierre Essig and Dr. Oliver Bäumler will become new members of the group management team of Züblin Immobilien Holding AG.

The office of COO will no longer exist at group level. As a result, Dr. Barbara Stuber, who has made a significant contribution to the establishment of the new organisation, will leave Züblin Immobilien Holding AG.
