XXI Century Investments Public Limited (LSE: XXIC), one of Ukraine's leading real estate investment, development and property management companies, announced the receipt of the construction permit for the Lviv mixed use project and gave the following update on the current status of the project.
The Company has received the permit to commence the construction of its shopping and office centres project in Lviv. The demolition of existing buildings and structures located on the project site has been completed on schedule, and foundation works are now in progress.
