World-famous brands opening at Golden Babylon shopping and enterntainment center, Rostokino (RU)

Colliers International, exclusive marketing and leasing agent of SEC Golden Babylon Rostokino, announces that 75% of the premises have been leased.

Lease agreements with a number of international brands, such as H&M department-store, fashion retailers Zara, Zara Home, Bershka, Pull and Bear, Massimo Dutti, Stradivarius, Oysho (Inditex Group of companies), GUESS, ESPRIT, BGN, Lacoste, Baldinini, Cacharel, Karen Millen, Promod, Naf Naf, River Island, Lacoste, Orsay, Chevignon, Domovoy, Evrodom, New Yorker, Snezhnaya Koroleva, L`etoile, Savile Row, Holding Center, Lady & Gentlemen, and others, have been signed.

In total, the shopping gallery of SEC Golden Babylon Rostokino will include 440 stores, which will satisfy the expectations of the most exacting customers.

It is remarkable that Peek und Cloppenburg Company is opening its first Van Graaf branded store with total area of 2,500 m² in this center. German Group Peek und Cloppenburg has been developing under Van Graaf brand since 2001. At present Van Graaf is presented in Poland, new stores openings are planned in Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria, Switzerland and Russia in 2009. In Russia, Van Graaf is presented as a franchisee.

According to Colliers International, lease agreements for 75% premises have been signed to date; under final stage are lease agreements for 10% or the premises. Moreover, key anchor tenants Castorama, Media Markt, Stockmann, O'Key are finishing projects negotiations to start fit-out works.

SEC Golden Babylon Rostokino is the biggest SEC in Russia within the city boundaries. The two-level shopping and entertainment center (with a gross build area of 241,000 m²) is located in the north-east district - the most densely populated district of Moscow. The construction of the project is going on according to the schedule, and is due to open in November 2009. A project contract partner and investor is an Austrian fund Immoeast.

A spacious entertainment zone is one of the most competitive advantages of the project. The center provides different ways to spend free time: a 14-screen cinema with total area of 6,200 m², entertainment center for children and adults with area of 3,200 m². Moreover, stylish Moscow and international cafés and restaurants with different cuisines will be opened in the center.
