Due to shifting investor interest in the light of global REITs developments, Allianz Global Investors Australia has announced its decision to withdraw the IPO of the Allianz Global Investors European Property Trust (AGIEPT) scheduled for 14 July.
A 75% stake in five properties of GRUNDWERT-FONDS should have formed the initial portfolio of AGIEPT. Due to the withdrawal of the IPO the properties remain in the fund.
