Wihlborgs has acquired three office and storage properties Ringspännet 3 and Stenyxan 20 in the Fosie industrial area as well as Skevrodret 2 in the Bulltofta industrial area from three different sellers.
The properties comprise a total area of 7,000 m² and generates a yield of 7%. When fully let the yield will be 9%. The price amounts to approx. €4 million (SEK 42 mln). Wihlborgs takes possession during the second quarter 2007.
"Today it is difficult to acquire any large property stocks. But we're sitting in the middle of the flow of business prospects which means that we can react quickly and make decisions when separate properties are for sale," says Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter.
