WIAR Real Estate Development BV has announced that it will develop a sustainable and CO2-neutral office building in Naaldwijk, the Netherlands for Westland Partners Notarissen en Advocaten.

Westland Partners is the biggest attorney's/notary's office in the Westland region, which is the third largest economy in the Netherlands. The new, centrally located office building will house the two offices that merged earlier this year.
The development of the new office building is unique for its high standards of sustainability and its innovative concepts of flexible workspace. The building will comprise approximately 2,300 m² and will be realized on a prime location, at the new intersection of the Galgeweg and Kruisbroekweg which is the gateway to the Westland region. Construction is scheduled to start mid-2008.
