Westfield London has introduced CollectPlus, a new click-and-collect service, allowing customers to pick up and try on purchases made online.
When selecting the Collectplus option for their delivery, customers will be able to pick up and try on their purchases in the dedicated lounge and changing rooms at Westfield London, and return the items straight away if they are not satisfied. Westfield has also said that it will offer Collectplus custoemrs one hour of free parking while they are picking up their order.
Click-and-collect services are becoming increasingly popular due to the dramatic rise in online shopping, especially in the UK.
