West Coast Capital and Catalyst Capital plan an extension of Pasaz Swietokrzyski in Kielce (PL)

West Coast Capital together with Catalyst Capital plan an extension of Pasaz Swietokrzyski in Kielce. The building is located within the largest residential complex in the city, which includes Slichowice I, Slichowice II and Dalnia housing estates.

The extension will include a hypermarket offering home improvement goods, as well as a retail park. Jones Lang LaSalle, which manages the centre, is also the agent for the new leasable space. Currently, the company is in advanced talks with representatives of home improvement stores.

Pasaz Swietokrzyski, opened in 2006, has a portfolio of 40 tenants including, E.Leclerc, Rossmann, RTV Euro AGD, CCC, House, Cropp, 5.10.15, Active, Orsay, Monnari or Ecco.

Mariusz Czerwiak, Senior Consultant at the Retail Department, Jones Lang LaSalle, responsible for re-commercialization processes in shopping centers, says: "Currently, in the western part of the city there is an absence of home & garden stores. Therefore, as an answer to market needs, the investor has decided to extend Pasaz Swietokrzyski".
