Comm. VA Wereldhave Belgium SCA announces following changes in the Board of Directors of its statutory management company N.V. Wereldhave Belgium S.A. Messrs G.C.J Verweij and B. Graulich, directors, are appointed respectively as Managing Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors has decided, in contradiction of the press release of December 19th, to co-opt Mr. J. Buijs as director; this decision will be the object of an approval of the Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission. This decision will be ratified by the general assembly of shareholders.
