The project is located in 'Rothe Erde', one of the most growing and developing parts in Aix-la-Chapelle. Across the center the second largest railway station of Aix-la- Chapelle is located which generates a lot of traffic.
So far over 60% of the space is rent to well-known companies and market leaders such as H&M, Esprit and s.Oliver. TCN sets a high value on a balanced marketing mix between the different segments: fashion, sports, food, gastronomy, service, fitness and health. The diversity of the tenant mix and the high level of architectural design will contribute together with an own event management to the attractiveness of the new shopping center. For the special architectural design TCN is working together with an architect.
