Warner Estate Holdings PLC has announced the purchase of 2 America Square, EC3 and 16 Upper Woburn Place, WC1, further growing its office holdings in core London locations.
Benefiting from a central City location between Aldgate and Tower Hill tube stations, 2 America Square has been purchased for £25.1 million (approx. €34 mln), reflecting a net initial yield of 5.91%. Purchased from London and Regional Holdings Ltd, the 46,481-ft² office building is multi-let.
16 Upper Woburn Place has been purchased from Investstream for £21.75 million (approx. €30 mln), reflecting a net initial yield of 5.03%. The multi-let 40,363-ft² office property is centrally located in the Bloomsbury area, close to both Euston station and Russell Square.
