Warimpex opens new office building in Krakow (PL)

Warimpex officially opened its third office building, the Mogilska 35 Offices, in Krakow, Poland. The taxonomy-compliant property has 11,900m2 of net usable area and is located in proximity to the city centre. There are also Warimpex office buildings at numbers 41 and 43, which have been very well received and are fully utilized. Mogilska 35 is already almost half rented and also offers flexible coworking options. We are currently working on expanding the rental space.

The building has excellent connections to both public and private transport and is just a few minutes' walk from the city centre. The project was designed by the locally based architectural firm OP Architekten and was awarded BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. excellent. It is classified as compliant under the EU Taxonomy Regulation. Due to its low primary energy requirements, Mogilska 35 is among the top 15% of all buildings in Poland built after January 1, 2021, based on indicators issued by the Polish Ministry of Development.
