Warburg-Henderson KAG, Hamburg, has acquired Squareparc München from Frankonia Eurobau for it's Pan-Europa Fonds Nr. 1. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Squareparc München is located in Parkstadt Schwabing and has rentable floor space of almost 12.200 m² and 141 parking spaces. The building is let to IDG Communications. The Warburg-Henderson Pan Europa Fonds Nr. 1 has a value of 600 million.
