Warburg - Henderson Kapitalanlangegesellschaft has acquired office building 'Haagsche Hof' located at Parkstraat 83-89 in The Hague for approx. 27 million.
Haagsche Hof is a multi-tenant office building, centrally located in The Hague and close to the Houses of Parliament and The Hague Central Station. The property has a lettable floor area of approximately 11,000 m² arranged over six floors with 303 parking spaces, offering an excellent parking ratio.
Henderson Global Investors, acting on behalf of Warburg - Henderson, was advised by Savills. Houthoff Buruma and CVO Group Nadorp Makelaars advised the seller.
