Warbud has signed a contract with GTC Aeropark, a subsidiary of Globe Trade Centre, to be the general contractor for the construction of an office building in Warsaw. The value of the contract comes to €17.4 million.
This will be the first stage of the Centrum Biznesowego Okêcie Aeropark, which will be situated on ul. 17 Stycznia. The building, with a useable area of 8,100 m², was designed by Kury³owicz & Associates.
Work will begin in November this year and should be completed by the end of December 2007.
