In order to meet the rising demand for advisory services in the German market, Swiss real estate consulting firm Wüest & Partner AG has opened a new subsidiary, W&P Immobilienberatung GmbH, based in Frankfurt.
Like its Swiss parent company, W&P Immobilienberatung offers consulting and valuation services for real estate companies, insurance companies, funds, as well as for owner-occupiers such as industry organizations and the public hand. These services include location and market analyses, consulting support for project development and real estate transactions, in addition to professional property and portfolio valuation services for acquisition and financial accounting purposes.
In order to ensure independence and objective analysis, W&P Immobilienberatung does not undertake any broker, asset management activities or real estate management activities.
Dr. Christoph Zaborowski and Jan Bärthel are the joint Managing Directors for this new location.
