Milanese developer CARFIN 92, advised by Savills, has sold two properties located in South-West Milan to AXA REIM for €50 million.
The properties, let to Vodafone, comprise a 6,100 m² (65,662 ft²) office use tower in Via Lorenteggio 255 and an existing laboratory and office use building totalling circa 12,900 m² (138,858 ft²) in Via Kuliscioff 32. Both properties are let on standard six year leases.
Lionello Rosina, head of Savills' Italy, says: "The properties were constructed by a local developer for whom we acted, and have been sold at a time when the market is attracting a lot of interest from international parties."
AXA REIM was unrepresented.
